Casper is a Director in the Nordic Investment Banking team in Citi. Casper joined Citi from JP Morgan in 2022 and has +10 years investment banking experience advising clients across the Nordic region.

Act as chairman and board member in various group subsidiaries and external companies.

Matvej Golyshev is Head of M&A at Novozymes and part of the CFO leadership team. In his role, he is overall responsible for driving inorganic business development activities across the Novozymes group.

Prior to Novozymes, Matvej worked with Goldman Sachs in London in the natural resources group. He focused on M&A and debt structuring within the renewable energy sector. Before that, Matvej was working with Rothgordt & Cie., a Bain & Company spin off in the DACH region. His focus was on accelerating growth for portfolio companies of Private Equity clients in particular in the healthcare industry.

Matvej holds a Bachelor degree from the HWR Berlin and a MBA from ESADE business school, Barcelona
