Datasite Archive is accessible anywhere, from any device. Datasite is device and browser agnostic. It’s a secure web-based app that works on Windows machines or on a Mac.  Access your archive deals using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. If you're on the go, you can access your Archive project with Datasite's secure and convenient mobile app, available for both iPhone and Android.

A Datasite archive is automatically created when closing a Datasite Diligence or Acquire project. Archives can also be initiated from an open Diligence or Acquire project. Once created, authorized users can access Archive in Datasite to search, manage, and revisit preserved deal content when needed.
